"Son's desktop PC power supply needed fixing quickly on a weekend home from uni. PC Medic offered to open specially on a Saturday afternoon, quoted a price and timescale for the repair and delivered on both....and fixed a USB port - a life-saver. Great service, much appreciated. "My laptop screen cracked on a Friday. I spoke to Adam on the same day, he asked me come in on a Sunday (when they are closed). New screen fitted in under 10 mins at a very competitve price. Currys/Pc World said they wanted £50 just to check the laptop, and if I was not happy with their quote they would refund the £50, they further stated you are better off getting a new laptop as it would cost the same just to fit a new screen (what a rip off). Adam was a great guy, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, easy to talk to and above all a fantastic and brilliant service provided. Thank You Adam."
