Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries are by DHL express couriers and also Royal Mail Special delivery to give the best tracking available within deliveries in mainland uk. Returns are accepted on items that are faulty and returned complete as delivered with no damage or signs of usage. Returned items are subject to checks and turnaround can be upto 28days depending on stock levels for replacement items. As an alternative a refund may be offered at managers authorisation.
